VFI Corporate Finance Closes Second Asset-Backed Securitization

Salt Lake City, UT–Varilease Finance (dba VFI Corporate Finance), a finance firm that specializes in equipment and project financing, closed its second asset-backed securitization in Q4/23.

This most recent securitization was rated by Kroll Bond Rating Agency and primarily consisted of “AAA” rated notes. VFI was oversubscribed with offers on all four classes of notes issued. VFI was again rated “investment grade” by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
